If you engage GROU for lead generation, outbound, LinkedIn content, advertising, or any other service, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Definitions

"Content" means all text, images, graphics, case studies, logos, frameworks, video, audio, code, and other material made available on the Website.
"You" means the individual or entity accessing the Website.
"Services" means the agency services GROU provides under a separate service agreement.

3. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation.

4.1 No AI training or data mining

You may not use any form of text or data mining, scraping, or automated extraction on the Website. This restriction is a reservation of rights under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790) and equivalent provisions in Slovenian law. The Website uses third-party services, including HubSpot for booking calls and forms, and may link to external websites such as LinkedIn profiles, case-study microsites, Skool, Beehiiv, or partner pages.

7. Submissions and communications

Our reply to a contact form, book-a-call request, or email does not create a service contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written service agreement.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to 100 EUR. This cap applies only to use of the Website. Liability arising from any agency service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Slovenian or EU law, including statutory rights of consumers.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GROU harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and how we use cookies.

14. Rights of EU consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU law (an individual acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you may have additional statutory rights under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov, ZVPot) and EU consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

The Website does not sell goods or digital services directly to consumers. Most interactions are commercial and conducted under a separate written service agreement. If you believe you have a consumer dispute with us that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example through a Website notice. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless mandatory law (including EU consumer protection rules) provides otherwise.

17. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to do so later.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, set out the full agreement between you and GROU regarding the Website. They do not replace any separate service agreement.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor in a corporate transaction.
Notices: Notices to GROU should be sent to hello@grouglobal.com. Notices to you will be given through the Website or the contact details you provided.
Language: These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
