Terms and conditions
Last updated: 17 April 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at grouglobal.com (the "Website"), operated by [Company legal name] ("GROU", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover the Website itself. They do not govern the delivery of our agency services. If you engage GROU for lead generation, outbound, LinkedIn content, advertising, or any other service, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement signed by both parties.

"Services" means the agency services GROU provides under a separate service agreement.
3. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
Access the Website or our infrastructure to scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our servers, or connected systems.
Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or company.
Interfere with the normal operation of the Website or the experience of other visitors.
Use automated systems to extract data in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including to protect the Website, our clients, or other users.
4. Intellectual property
The Website and all Content are owned by GROU or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws under Slovenian, EU, and international law.
You may:
View and read Content for your personal, non-commercial information.
Share public URLs on social media and in standard business correspondence.
Quote short extracts with clear attribution, as permitted under fair dealing and Slovenian copyright law.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial parts of the Website.
Use our trademarks, brand name, or logo in your own materials.
Use Content for competitor research, benchmarking databases, or derivative publications.
Resell, licence, or create derivative works from our Content.
4.1 No AI training or data mining
You may not use the Website or any Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model, large language model, machine learning system, or automated content generation tool. You may not use any form of text or data mining, scraping, or automated extraction on the Website. This restriction is a reservation of rights under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790) and equivalent provisions in Slovenian law. Breach of this clause is a material breach of these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Case studies, results, and testimonials
Case studies, client names, reviews, and performance figures published on the Website describe past work done by GROU. Results vary by client, industry, market, budget, and execution. Nothing on the Website is a guarantee of any specific outcome for you or your business.
Testimonials reflect the personal experience of the individual or company quoted. Statements of opinion are not statements of fact.
6. Third-party tools, links, and integrations
The Website uses third-party services, including HubSpot for booking calls and forms, and may link to external websites such as LinkedIn profiles, case-study microsites, Skool, Beehiiv, or partner pages.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services or websites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We recommend you review them.
7. Submissions and communications
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials through the Website or any other channel (excluding personal data and confidential information covered by a separate agreement), you agree that we may use them freely for any purpose, without compensation or attribution.
Our reply to a contact form, book-a-call request, or email does not create a service contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written service agreement.
8. Website availability and changes
We aim to keep the Website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may, at any time and without notice:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website.
Change, add, or remove Content.
Carry out maintenance that may make the Website temporarily unavailable.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or acts of government.
10. Disclaimers
The Website and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that:
The Website will be error-free or continuously available.
Content on the Website is current, complete, or free from typographical errors.
The Website or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components.
Use of the Website will produce any specific business outcome.
Content on the Website is for general information and marketing. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GROU and its owners, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to 100 EUR. This cap applies only to use of the Website. Liability arising from any agency service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Slovenian or EU law, including statutory rights of consumers.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold GROU harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and how we use cookies.
14. Rights of EU consumers
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU law (an individual acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you may have additional statutory rights under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov, ZVPot) and EU consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
The Website does not sell goods or digital services directly to consumers. Most interactions are commercial and conducted under a separate written service agreement. If you believe you have a consumer dispute with us that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example through a Website notice. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless mandatory law (including EU consumer protection rules) provides otherwise.
17. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to do so later.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, set out the full agreement between you and GROU regarding the Website. They do not replace any separate service agreement.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor in a corporate transaction.
Notices: Notices to GROU should be sent to hello@grouglobal.com. Notices to you will be given through the Website or the contact details you provided.
Language: These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
